1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 4777bet platform and all associated services. By registering on this platform or using the service in any way, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the 4777bet platform and take part in any game or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. Registration by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 4777bet reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time, and if the age requirement is not met, the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Only

Each person may open only one account. If a person holds more than one account, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device or payment method also falls under this rule.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. If an account is registered with incorrect or false information, 4777bet reserves the right to close the account at any time and withhold any deposited funds. If any information changes, the user is responsible for updating their profile accordingly.

3. Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. The user is solely responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

If the user suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify the 4777bet support team immediately. Support is available at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. 4777bet will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from insecure account activity where the user has been negligent with their own security.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on the 4777bet platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank can be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, this time may be longer.

4.3 Source of Funds Verification

For large transactions, 4777bet reserves the right to verify the source of a user's funds. If the required documents are not provided, the withdrawal request may be suspended or cancelled. This process is carried out to prevent fraudulent activity.

Important: Deposits or withdrawals from a third-party account are not accepted. Deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through the user's own payment method.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,000. However, to withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements. A bonus is never a substitute for cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless the terms of the specific offer state otherwise.

4777bet reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time without reason. If fraud or manipulation is found in connection with claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5.3 Promotional Offers

Various promotional offers — including weekly reload bonuses, cricket event bonuses, birthday rewards and friend referrals — are provided with applicable wagering requirements and validity periods. The specific terms of each offer are communicated separately at the time of the promotion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

4777bet reserves the right to decline any bet or accept bets up to a limited amount. Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be cancelled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Result Determination

For cricket, football and other sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority is used as the basis for settling bets. In the case of any disputed result, the decision of 4777bet is final.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to a technical problem with a game or server, 4777bet will determine the result following its own rules or cancel the bet and return the stake. 4777bet will not be liable for any issues on the user's side caused by a loss of internet connection.

7. Responsible Gambling

4777bet places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that online betting and gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. For this reason, 4777bet encourages users to follow the responsible gambling guidelines and provides various self-control tools.

Users can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits if they wish. There is also the option to temporarily or permanently suspend an account. If any user feels that their gambling habits are getting out of control, they are requested to contact our support team immediately.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4777bet platform:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or steal their information

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, the account concerned will be closed immediately, the balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 4777bet website and platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics and multimedia elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 4777bet or associated third parties. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use this content commercially.

Game content on the platform is displayed under the intellectual property rights of Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and other game providers. Any misuse of this content is punishable by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

4777bet platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. 4777bet limits its maximum liability for any loss caused by technical problems, server downtime or disruption to third-party services.

If any game or bet is affected by a problem with the user's own internet connection or device, the user bears that responsibility themselves. 4777bet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or special losses.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
